Rooms are for Business Meetings Only – No Social Events Allowed. Rooms will only be rented between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. The Chamber building opens at 8:30 a.m. Occasionally times meetings are scheduled close together in our rooms. As a result, it is imperative that your meeting end on time in order to avoid your meeting being disrupted by those waiting to come in. Room rental is for space only. The Chamber is not staffed to provide full service catering. As a result, any food and beverage must be provided by the renter or a caterer, including paper products, condiments, ice, serving utensils, drink dispensers, etc.
