About Me
Steigerwald is a commercial real estate broker in the Asheville, NC office with a focus on medical offices, development land, hospitality, and light industrial. As a former business owner, he is extremely resourceful and marketing savvy. His strong networking activities keep him apprised of activities all over Asheville, and north into Madison and Yancey counties. He also has a strong knowledge of building and site/space usage. Steigerwald grew up in Raleigh, but lived in several places along the East Coast and the Gulf Coast before settling in western NC, his lifelong dream. Among his many interests are green building and sustainable practices. He is an avid outdoorsman, traveler, and woodworker.
