Searching for property?
Here are a few tips to help you with the process.
Remember when searching our site you have an option of choosing a maximum in the monthly rent amount field and the square footage field or you can put in a range (ie $500 to $1000). We’ve tried to make this process very user friendly. We’ve only ask for the basic information on any property posted. This keeps the process quick and easy for anyone listing space for lease. If you want additional information, contact the listing party… they want to help you find the space you’re looking for.
If you decide to inquire about a specific property, the contact form has a section to add information about your business (of course it is only recommended – not required). Completing this portion of the contact form will help the person you are contacting focus on the perfect space for you. They may even have other properties that may not have come up in your search criteria and can offer that information to you as well. It’s all about saving time and money… so the more information you give them the quicker they can help you.
Be sure to take note that most of the properties listed will have a street view. This is great if you want to see what other businesses or buildings are near you.
Have property to lease?
Use these tips to get your space leased quicker!
Most people are visual so upload as many as 5 pictures. If you have a floor plan of your space you can use that as one of your pictures.
If you have expandable space, you may want to post more than one listing for that same property. For example: If the total space for your property is 2000 sq ft but you could divide it into 500 sq. ft units or 1000 sq ft units, then post the 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 sq ft units as separate listings. This will allow you to appeal to a wider range of people searching for property. Once you are contacted by a prospective tenant, you can provide additional information depending on their needs.
Give a great description. Add as many details as you’d like about your property. Tell the prospective tenants why your property is the perfect business space for them.

Can anyone list property on ThinkBusinessSpace.com?
Anyone who has business space available can post their listings on our website. From an individual who has extra space above a garage and wants to lease it to a small business, or a company that has had to downsize but may be locked into a lease and has extra space they want to sublease, to the large real estate group that may have hundreds of properties to list.
How do I update my credit card information?
Updating your credit card is done by viewing your recurring charges after you’ve logged in to your account.
How many properties can I have in my account?
You can have an unlimited amount of properties associated with your account but you can only publish the number of listings in your package subscription.
If I cancel or change my subscription in the middle of a billing cycle are the funds either refunded or prorated?
No, if you cancel your subscription the funds are non-refundable. If you change your subscription, the remaining days left in that subscription are neither refundable nor prorated and your new subscription will be processed for the full amount for the following 30 days.
W9 Form – Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification: is used to obtain information from the person or company you are paying rent to. It will have the necessary information needed to complete a 1099 at the end of the year.
