About Me
Serving Henderson County since 1911, the Chamber of Commerce welcomes all types and sizes of businesses from sole proprietorships to major industry. Our activities, supported by membership dues, influence all segments of community development, education, transportation, relocation, retirement, agriculture, small business and industrial recruitment. We have two primary functions: providing helpful member services and working to enhance the economic climate so that businesses can thrive. Economic development, the community’s infrastructure, taxes and fees, and environmental and social issues all have a place at the Chamber. These are the factors that determine Henderson County’s viability as a place for doing business. The Chamber also provides specific programs and services that assist with the here-and-now needs of businesses.
